On Thursday, September 26th, BioPortUSA organized its first summit of subject matter experts. We had participants come from as far away as Louisville, KY, Baltimore, MD and Vermont. The main goal was to bring all of our team members together to introduce them to one another, and to examine how we as a collective ecosystem BioPortUSA can help improve the market entry process for international life science companies into the United States. David Reed from Reed Business Law stated “This is one of the most powerful groups I am involved with. If international companies want answer and guidance about how to get quickly, efficiently and intelligently into the US, there’s no better path than through BioPortUSA.”
The group also discussed a number of initiatives to take our message to the intended target audience. In addition to offering several webinars in 2020, BioPortUSA will be organizing two business development trips to Europe. The first junket will target the Nordic Countries in the Spring. The second trip, slated for the third qurter will focus on Medtech companies in Germany.
BioPortUSA has been invited by Medical Mountains, Germany’s largest med-tech cluster to present next November. The second BioPortUSA Summit is scheduled for Florida in 2020.
